Plumbing field service software for service calls and dispatch

A plumbing company juggles urgent leaks, scheduled installs and follow-up visits on the same day. CRMTX puts every call on one work order list with a priority and a status, so dispatchers can see what needs a technician now and what can wait.

Log every call with the right priority

Create a work order with the client, site address and job description, then set the priority and an SLA time in hours for calls that cannot wait. If the client gives you their own reference number or a DNE (do not exceed) amount, it is stored on the job too. Each client profile keeps contact details and service history for repeat customers.

Schedule the day and dispatch technicians

The scheduling calendar shows every job by technician. Drag a job to another day or technician to reschedule it, and switch between month, week and list views.

  • Use the Tech Finder map to find technicians near the job address
  • See which technicians are available, busy or on a job
  • Follow each visit through Dispatched, Pending Tech Arrival and Tech Onsite

Photos and check-ins from the field

Technicians open the Tech Portal in their phone’s browser, with nothing to install. They see their assigned jobs, check in and out, and upload photos of the work so the office has a record of every visit.

Keep stalled jobs visible

When a job needs a fixture or part, set it to Materials Needed or Pending Part Delivery and track the shipment in the Parts Tracker. Jobs that need attention can be moved to Escalated Dispatch or On Hold, so nothing sits unnoticed.

Everything about a customer in one place

When a repeat customer calls, their client profile shows contact details, site addresses and past jobs, so you can book the next visit with the history in front of you. Every change to a work order is recorded in the activity log, and your office team can discuss a job in the built-in team chat.

Quotes, invoices and payments

Quote larger repairs or replacements and keep the job in Pending Quote Approval until the customer agrees. When the work is finished, create the invoice from the work order, download it as a PDF and record the payment. Reports show revenue, completed jobs and technician performance over time.
